several days ago i posted a question about HKEY_Local_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisable Notify (Data:1) BadI just found this on CNET but do not fully understand it. If Malwarebytes has found problems on your computer - and you suspect a false positive - you should download and install the latest Malwarebytes update. Then, perform the scan again.

thank you for your help. that clarifies the seriousness of this issue and that it is something that should be addressed. since i do malwarebytes updates at least twice a week and still come up with the same bug everytime perhaps my best response is to take my computer to a tech. again, thanks
